We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (name, email, mobile, date of birth, religion, education, photos) and information we collect automatically (device type, IP address, usage data, cookies). For premium members, we may collect government ID documents for verification purposes.
We use your information to create and maintain your profile, suggest compatible matches based on your preferences, send notifications about interests and messages, process payments, verify your identity, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your contact details (phone number, email) are hidden by default and only shared when you explicitly choose to share them with a specific match. Your photos are visible only to members you choose (controlled in Privacy Settings). We implement role-based access controls to prevent unauthorized data access.
We share data with: (a) Other JustShadi members, only as you have authorized; (b) Payment gateways (Razorpay) for secure transaction processing — they do not store your payment details with us; (c) Service providers bound by confidentiality agreements; (d) Law enforcement when legally required.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), bcrypt password hashing, and database access controls. We conduct regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — if you suspect a breach, contact security@justshadi.in immediately.
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your account and data, opt out of marketing communications, and request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@justshadi.in.
We use cookies for session management, security (CSRF protection), analytics, and remembering your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect functionality.
JustShadi is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover a minor has registered, we will immediately delete their account.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
