By creating an account on JustShadi ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be: (a) 18 years or older; (b) legally eligible to marry under applicable laws; (c) single, divorced, or widowed; (d) an Indian citizen or of Indian origin. False declarations are grounds for immediate account termination.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information on your profile. Impersonating another person, using fake photos, misrepresenting your marital status, income, education, or any other profile information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You agree NOT to: use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams; contact members for purposes other than matrimony; share or request sexually explicit content; harass, threaten, or abuse other members; collect data from the platform for any purpose other than personal use; circumvent the platform's privacy controls.
Paid memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are subject to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were used. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content on JustShadi (design, code, logos, text) is owned by JustShadi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, but grant us a license to display them on the platform.
JustShadi is a platform to facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in marriage. We do not conduct background checks on all members (only on verified premium members). Always exercise caution when meeting someone for the first time.
JustShadi is not liable for any damages arising from interactions between members, whether online or offline. Use the platform at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
